ski boots/narrow feet: should I buy a size smaller?
I have tried 3 pairs womens size 5 (my normal size) and they don't fit, my feet are very narrow and slide around.I got moulded supafeet put in and helps slightly. I thought about maybe salomon idol 8 boots - aparently they're narrow-100 last (my feet are 80mm at widest point: anyone else had a similart problem?
I have long very narrow feet (AAA) so I know the frustration. Most people I know with narrow feet (myself included) wear Rossignols. I also use custom molded footbeds.
The best thing to do is go to a very experienced bootfitter that lives in a ski state. They will diagnose your feet and your stance. They WILL know the boot brands that tend to fit your feet. They can then fit and cant your boots for you.
